Heat Exchangers

In our energy recovery installations Centriair uses a lamella type stainless heat exchanger, approved for the food industry. Except superior cost/performance, this unique heat exchanger offers higher return water temperature and is also a lot more compact than competing solutions.

The centrifugal separators are the key components enabling the use of these high performance heat exchangers. This combination of technologies also provides other benefits, the most important being separate streams of oil and condensate.

The separated oil can be sent to recycling and in certain instances reused. The condensate is possible to use for cleaning and similar in the process, but varies with application.
