Odour control at Halmstad Energi och Miljö

Halmstad Energi och Miljö, decided to invest in a state-of-the-art odour control system to reduce odour from its organic waste reception and processing hall.

Centriair and Oskar Hansson AB is finalizing the installation of a ColdOx™ system, including excess ozone to further enhance oxidation performance. Active carbon filtration is added as a final polishing step. Replacement need of the carbon is dramatically reduced due to the efficient removal of VOC in the ColdOx™ unit. The unit has a capacity of 90 000 m3/h.
